Hello all,

I got question to use tecplot with double precision.

Mostly i used the unformatted single-precision solutions for tecplot.

And it worked well.

Now i need to handle double-precision.

Then Can Tecplot automatically detect the unformatted double-precision solutions ?

Otherwise, Is there any special treatment for Tecplot to deal with this format?

Any comments and advices are welcome.

Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that Tecplot 360 EX will automatically handle and plot double-precision solutions.

The only difference you might notice are more precise contour plots, and longer load times for the data.
