Hi all,
I have obtained rseults for incompressible flow over airfoil at angle of attack and I am using Tecplot as a postprocessing tool. In Tecplot, there is provision for including basic geometries like circle, square and ellipse into the plot window. Is there any way to import the coordinates of the airfoil, so that the geometrical shape can be included in the stremline or vorticity contour plot? thanks for your views.. |

Hi Sudhakar,
You should write a dat file and load it to Tecplot using a reader, I use the Tecplot data loader but I think that you can use any of them, depending of the format of the dat file. This is a sample of a XY plot type. TITLE="Simple Data File" VARIABLES="ITERACOES", "RESIDUE" ZONE I= 10 DATAPACKING=POINT x1 y1 x2 y2 x3 y3 x4 y4 x5 y5 x6 y6 x7 y7 x8 y8 x9 y9 x10 y10 Regards, Ruben |
