Hi,
I'm using tecplot 360. For my 3D simulation I need to calculate the momentum flux on one specified face, Tecplot has the option to pertform different types of integrations, for my case, I need to calculate the following: integration of : (density x velocity^2 x liquid_volume_fraction )(d Area) I have the data of velocity and volume fraction in tecplot but I don't know how I can make the above integration regarding the fact that the velocity is squared. Any idea or suggestion is appreciated. Thank you Sanaz |

Define a new variable {vel2} = {vel}*{vel} using the Alter Data Set -> Equation. Then integrate {vel2}. Or for that matter, just define a variable for the momentum.
