Hi
I have to load multiple files to animate. However, I need to load 360 large files and Tecplot seems to hang or takes forever. Do you have any suggestions to circumvent this?? Thank you in advance. Alejandro Allievi |

I have two suggestions that may be helpful:
1. If the grid is the same for all steps in the animation, then organize & load your data such that they share the common grid. This can save a lot of memory and time as the grid only needs to be loaded once. 2. Try the new Tecplot 360 EX which has good improvements in the loading of large data files. You can download the demo here: http://www.tecplot.com/my/free-trial-software/ with information on this new version here: http://www.tecplot.com/products/tecplot-360/ . Scott |
