Hi All,
I wrote a couple of equations for scaling my domain. Its a 2-D damper( two circles, the inner one with eccentricity). Since the domain was small, I was trying to scale it radially by coordinate transformation. {theta} = atan(abs(({Y}/{X}))) {R} = sqrt({X}**2+{Y}**2)-0.0632 {i2} = cos({theta}) {i3} = sin({theta}) {sY} = sign({Y}) {sX} = sign({X}) {A}={R}*{i2}*{sX} {B}={R}*{i3}*{sY} But the issue is for a constant reduction in the value of R, the domain thickness will not change. Thanks in Advance. |
