Using Ansys Forte, I was simulating gas injection in a constant volume chamber. Where the gas is methane and the ambient gas present inside the chamber as air. I designed one 1 mm dia nozzle, where ch4 is injected at a total pressure of 20bar with turbulence parameter as turbulence kinetic energy 10,000cm2/sec2 and turbulence length scale 1cm. Assuming isoentropic temperature boundary condition.
I got higher axial and too high radial penetration, with comparison to experimental results.
I dont know where i am doing wrong ?

hello guys,

the answer of this question is given below

We conducted a three-dimensional fluid dynamics analysis of the solid-gas mixed-phase flow from a top blowing lance by considering the application of powder ...

thanks.
