How does pressure relates to time?

Attachment refers. How can i calculate the pressure required in order to inflate a 10 Litres balloon in 0.2 seconds? Appreciate if anyone could help me out on this problem~~ =)

You have the mass/ volumetric flow rate in your question.. assume the outflow to balloon as ambient pressure.. i believe after some assumptions and playing with Bernoulli/ Continuity would solve it for you.. cheers..
