Default one way fsi problem with ansys fluent

i have carried out an external flow simulation on ansys fluent. now i want to import pressure and temperature loads to a structural design body. but once is starting importing cfd loads it return with error in reading cfd data. reinstalled the softwre but problem is not resolved. the geomertry used for fluid analysis and static structural analysis are different. request urgent help in this regards
