Here https://su2code.github.io/tutorials/Turbulent_ONERAM6/, its mentioned that a refined mesh (9,252,922 nodes) was used but its not provided in files. Could someone please upload the .su2 fine mesh here. I want to check the drag and lift coefficient values obtained by using fine mesh. Thank you.

The fortran executables generate different mesh formats, including su2 meshes.
