Suction BC in SU2

Hi,

has anybody implemented a way to impose a suction boundary condition in SU2 for something like active flow control?
I know there might be a version of SU2 in which this is done, but i can't find it.

IS this much different from having a target mass flow rate outlet boundary? That would work for incompressible flows...

This would solve the problem, but my professor told me about a SU2 version in which there's an actual "marker suction" and I was curious about it.

That branch is 6 years old:
https://github.com/su2code/SU2/tree/..._transpiration

You could open it in vscode and look for keywords 'transpiration'.
I would not try to get this branch running, but instead create a new branch feature_suction from the latest develop and copy the functions that you need into that branch and update it.

It would be great to see this end up in develop finally. If you haven't already, please join our slack channel and our weekly online meetings.
