Hi David,

I think there is an error with your PATH, when you run shape_optimization.py, it tries to find SU2_CFD_AD in the directory usr/local/bin/SU2_CFD_AD but the SU2_CFD_AD is intalled in the directory that you show in the second picture, so you should change the PATH in the shape_optimization.py to the PATH where your SU2_CFD_AD is located (second image)
