Difficulty in using MPI in Windows

I installed MPI from the SU2 website and installed it in windows. It was working properly after some days when I was running it, asked for the Username and Password as shown in the snapshot attached. After choosing the user and putting the password, it denied the access and unable to use MPI, but can use normal run mode.

Please find the snapshot of the issue attached with thread.
