Hi all,
Thanks for reading my question. In su2 optimization, I am facing the problem of high parameter dimension. For example, Unconstrained shape design of a transonic inviscid airfoil at a cte. AoA (https://su2code.github.io/tutorials/...ined_NACA0012/), the number of parameters has reached 38, and the Aerodynamic Shape parameterization method is the Hicks Henn method. In the optimization algorithm I designed, the dimension should be less than 20. After reading the literature, the CST parameterization method can be used for dimensionality reduction, but I don't see that SU2 provides an option for CST. Although it exists in tools.py, it doesn't actually work. Does anyone know how to implement the CST method, or use other methods to achieve dimensionality reduction? Thanks all the best. Yours, Binglin |
