Hello everyone,
So I noticed that if i compile SU2 with support for AD forward, the aeroelastic test case runs awefully slow in parallel, seems like the process goes to sleep and then wakes up and runs a bit and sleeps again. However i ran it with a version compiled without AD forward support and it runs fine? Anyone know why? Im using Fedora 34 with gcc 11 and openmpi 4.1.1. |

Well I found out why it was happening. I accidently compiled one with mpi+threads. That's why my system was spawning many threads and half of them were sleeping. I guess that would be good for over network with shared memory.
