Hi everyone,
I am simulating the turbulent channel with a bump using SU2. The same one in this repository: https://github.com/su2code/VandV/blo...rb_bump_sa.cfg I am using the grids from the NASA website: https://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/bump_grids.html The original .cgf file in the mentioned repository is for Mach 0.20. When changing the Mach to 0.21, I update the BC using the isentropic flow equations. (Pt/Po = 1.031211844 & Ttot/To = 1.00882, for Mach = 0.21) So that the updated BC for Mach 0.21 in the .cfg file are: % Velocity inlet marker MARKER_INLET= ( inlet, 302.646, 70816.204742, 1.0, 0.0, 0.0 ) % % Pressure outlet marker MARKER_OUTLET= ( outlet, 68672.8 ) -------------------------------------------------------------------- The simulation converges, however, the Cp values does not make sense when I do that. What else should I change in the .cfg file to simulate Mach 0.21? |

Hi, glad you solved your problem
If you don't mind, maybe you can post your solution here briefly, it might help others to understand their problems best, Tobi |
