Error with running python script

Hi,
I am a beginner to SU2 and trying to run optimization in SU2. In the command line, SU2_CFD is well recognized, which makes me believe that my environment variables are correctly set. However, while running the python scripts, SU2_CFD is not recongized and gives the below reply. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I installed SU2 on wsl on windows 10.
