Hi all,
I am dealing with film cooling problems, where there are many inlets. The default uniform initialization does not work. Can I manually initialize the calculation domain? For example, different velocities and pressure in different regions. To do so, which part of the source code should I modify?
Thanks!

Hi,

The easiest is maybe this:
save the results after 1 iteration as an ASCII file using

Code:
READ_BINARY_RESTART= NO
OUTPUT_FILES= RESTART_ASCII
You now have a .csv file with x,y,z, pressure, velocity, etc.

You can manipulate this file using your favorite tool (matlab, python work very well)
Then restart from this file.
