Offline compilation of SU2 v7.1.0 on SUSE12.3

Hi all,

I'm trying to compile a clean copy of the latest SU2 v7.1.0 source code on my machine (SUSE 12 SP3, with no internet access), yet I'm getting lots of errors during the compilation stage (when running ninja). I have all the necessary requirements (python 3.6, openMPI, gcc/g++ v 4.8).
I've managed to download all the required externals by running the meson.py file on a different machine (with internet access), allowing all the required files to be downloaded. But even after copying all the required externals to my offline machine and building the configure file again, the compiling process failed using ninja.

Is there anyone here who is experienced in offline compilation of SU2 versions on linux systems?
Any help would be much appreciated.
