Problem with SU2 format mesh

Hi,
I tried to run a 3D simulation using SU2. Meshes were generated using Pointwise. When the mesh was of 2322425 volume element, calculation was sucessful. However when the cell number was 5081094, SU2 failed with following information: ------------------------------------------------- Executing the partitioning functions.
