Hi guys,
I am running for the first time unsteady simulations with SU2 and I am in trouble with the writing of solution. I have defined as writing frequency of solution 250 but it keeps on writing the solution each time step filling my computer memory. Someone who can help?
My configuration file is attached.

Since I am new to CFD someone who can explain me why one has to specify two methods for unsteady simulations, relative to the keywords TIME_DISCRE_FLOW and UNSTEADY SIMULATION? Which is the difference of these two parameters? They are connected in some ways or independent?

Hi Gaetano,

make sure to set it with WRT_SOL_FREQ_DUALTIME if you are using dual-time stepping.

I have tried this too actually but it still doesn't work. Anyway, this could be a solution only for DUAL TIME STEPPING? what if I want to use another method?
