Hi guys,
2 Qiestions: 1) does SU2 has an fully implicit compressible solver for high mach number cases 2) Is it possible to define a time-dependent pressure bc for the inlet For example for calculating supersonic nozzle flow (transient, not steady!) |

Hi,
to answer your questions: 1) Yes, SU2 uses a fully-implicit formulation (when you set TIME_DISCRE_FLOW to EULER_IMPLICIT) 2) Unfortunately that is not possible yet. But you can easily implement that yourself. The corresponding routine can be found in SU2_CFD/src/solver_direct_mean.cpp and is called CEulerSolver::BC_Inlet(). Regards, Tim |
