The airfoil doesn't pitch as expected

I have run a pitching airfoil case with the configuration file here attached.
The mesh is the hybrid mesh available in
TestCases-4.2.0/unsteady/plunging_naca0012/mesh_NACA0012_lam.su2
The movie available here

shows that the airfoli pitches only with negative AoA, rather than simmetrically.

Suggestions are welcome.
