Hello everybody,

I'm not completely sure that this is the right place where to ask a similar question.

I'm a M.Sc. Student in Italy very passionate about CFD, programming and experimental rocketry even if I never developed a research-ready software or ever used SU2 (experience with OF and Fluent in courses)

I'd like to better improve these interests working on a master thesis about developing on SU2 platform a solver for hybrid rocket motors combustion.

I'm here to ask:
  • if there are any research teams working on similar subject
  • if, in your opinion, this could be a reasonable task for a master thesis also considering SU2 typical usage cases
  • suggestions on which subroutine or code section to look for this kind of purpose.
Thanks in advance for your help.
