Hello everyone,
is there a way to change the number of significant figures in the files created by SU2_DEF? (Surface_Grid.plt, Surface_Grid.stl, Volumetric_Grid.plt) I have noticed the number of significant figures of the .su2 mesh file is much larger than that for the above mentioned files. Thanks, Z |

I think this can be changed in the output_structure.cpp file. (this will require much searching for the appropriate lines re-compiling the code) |

Dear Heather,
Thank you for your reply. I found out the specific line to change is in output_tecplot.cpp, under the voice "Tecplot_File.precision(###)", where ### is the number of significant figures you want to use. Best wishes, Z |
