How can I get steady state solutions for airfoils at high Aoa (incompressible flow? I have put UNSTEADY_SIMULATION= NO in the cfg file. Time integration is done using RK. I don't get a steady state solution at angles beyond 6 deg. Thanks.

Hi Sirius,
I don't what know what flow configuration neither the airfoil you have. But maybe 6 degrres is already to high to make the problem unsteady. Maybe you would like to do some unsteady simulations to see if you get something. Cheers!! Facundo |
