Warning in compile process(using build_SU2.py)

I use

python ./build_SU2.py -o redhat

My compiling is complete, there is no error. But there are some warnings as:

"/home/jiafeilin/SU2v2.0/trunk/Common/src/grid_movement_structure.cpp:442: warning: array subscript is above array bounds"

What does this error mean? Will it influence my results?

We are not using anymore the ./build_SU2.py script. Could you please download the latest version of SU2 and use autoconfig to install it.
