Need output format explanation

The problem at hand involves simple isentropic expansion in a duct. The calculated values for p, T and rho (nondimensionalized by inlet stagnation values) at a particular location correspond exactly with a Mach number of .82, just as expected. However, the calculated values of M and V are given as .48 and .54 . How are these numbers to be interpreted?

The non-dmensionalization is described in
https://adl.stanford.edu/papers/AIAA-2013-0287.pdf and implemented in void CConfig::SetNondimensionalization(unsigned short val_nDim, unsigned short val_iZone) in config_structure.cpp Maybe the first step is to take a look at the document and the code. Best Regards, Francisco |
