A couple of times I have wanted to read the sample grids into pointwise, so I was wondering if there was a tool to convert su2 grid format to cgns ? I have the plugin to output su2 grids, but the plugin doesn't provide for su2 input.
I am fairly new to cgns, so if this is a ridiculous proposition, I apologize! Maybe some user out there has already done this? |

Hi Tom,
Unfortunately, we do not have a tool to convert the grid alone from SU2->CGNS, however, we do have the CGNS format available as an solution output format, if that would help. We can also go from CGNS->SU2 as well. If any users in the community have worked on this, we would certainly be interested! Tom |

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone out there has written a little converter for SU2-CGNS mesh formats yet? if so i would be very interested in either acquiring a copy or finding out how you did it so i can make my own converter.
many thanks, Tom. |
