After several tutorials I decided to try a grid file of my own making (attached). It's a dirt-simple projectile/control volume generated with Salome (ver. 6.6.0 linux-64) strictly to check functionality. Well, SU2 doesn't like it, claims "......it's not a CGNS file (Code_Saturne doesn't reject). In addition, and this may or may not be related, some of the examples listed at cgns.sourceforge.net are also not deemed "acceptable" by SU2.
Any ideas? |

Hi Ron,
We are currently working to extend the CGNS input & output for upcoming releases. Thanks for the feedback, and if anyone else has experience with CGNS files in SU2, please feel free to share. Tom |
