Hi all,
I'm trying to optimize a model with the shape optimization function of SU2. The Lift of the wing that I want to optimize is negative value. My aim is getting the minimum value of Lift (that is the maximum value in the negative direction). I tried OPT_OBJECTIVE= LIFT*-1.0 or OPT_OBJECTIVE= LIFT*1.0 But no matter what I tried, the optimization always proceed towards the direction of the maximum value of Lift (the minimum value in the negative direction) :/ So I want to know if SU2 can get the minimum value of Life for my situation? If it can, what can I do realize it? Thank you. Bingfei |
