Hello,

I found SU2 and its shape optimization looks interesting to me. But before I study all the details, I am wondering whether it can do what I would like to use it for:
- can it optimize the shape of a body with rotational and planar symmetry (like a bicycle rim) while maintaining rotational and planar symmetry?
- I would also like to optimize tube shapes for low drag, while mainting a minimum 2nd moment of area. Is this possible?

I would be glad for any answers.

I think it is possible... I have seen more complicate problems in SU2 but it is going to require some learning and software adaptation.
