I try to optimize the forebody shape. I have created my own forebody, generated mesh, performed direct and continuous adjoint solution (Euler equations). I have also checked if the onera m6 Euler optimization workable. But now I got zero gradient as a result of the SU2_DOT work. Can somebody help me with this? The working directory (without mesh and results) attached.

Hi,
can you also attach the mesh file ? Thanks! Tim |

Thank you, Tim!
Today I have found that scales of FFD and mesh aren't equal and FFD is "inside the model". I fixed it and hope that it will work now :-) |

Alright!
Just a tip: you can visualize the FFD box after running SU2_DEF by opening the FFD_boxes.dat file within Tecplot. |
