Hi Folks,
i'm a little confused right now, i've been trying to run the M6 wing RANS optimization with ROE scheme instead of JST, but can't seem to find much information on setting the AD_COEFF_FLOW correctly.
this GitHub post (https://github.com/su2code/SU2/wiki/Turbulent-ONERA-M6) suggests that turb_ONERAM6.cfg is set up with ROE scheme, but when found at (https://github.com/su2code/SU2/blob/...rb_ONERAM6.cfg), we see that the JST scheme is used.
I would like to use ROE since JST does not satisfy the Reimann problem for shockwaves and seems to smear the discontinuity significantly.
I've also tried setting up my own 2D supersonic aerofoil problems using Roe scheme unsuccessfully, however again, JST returns a very well converged solution but with shockwave smearing.
any help or pointers would be appreciated.
cheers.
