Shape Optimization Error, Incorrect values produces by SU2_GDC

Hi all,
I'm quite new to su2 and cfd in general and I'm having difficulty running some of my own shape optimization problems. I'm trying to run a simple 2D half airfoil through the shape optimization software. I generated the 2D geometry and mesh in gmsh and I am running su2 that was installed in serial. As a preprocessing step I'm running SU2_GDC to find the thickness values at the fraction chord lengths(1/4 , 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4), however the code produces "#1.QNAN" for every section value. The code prints out "Bad xa input to splint routine" prior to printing out the incorrect values. From looking around the web I have found that this is due to an error with a spline function but SU2_CFD will run and produce reasonably accurate results. Attached is a image of the produced reults. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Dhig |
