Hi Guys
I have carried out a test on the RANS adjoint feature with RAE2822 airfoil using v2.0.4, the drag has been reduced, however I noticed that the airfoil became even thicker thant the initial airfoil. I remember that Economon mentioned that the geometrical constraint is a new feature in the version 2.0.4, so I want to ask that is this due to that new feature? Tommy |

Hi Tommy
I also tried RANS shape design on RAE2822 airfoil with SU2 2.0.4, but I obtained only about 2.5 % drag reduction (Cd reduction from 0.0143 to 0.0131). How much reduction did you obtain ? Thanks Anant |

The drag reduction of my case is a little larger than yours, which is about 20 counts. Could you upload the pressure distrubtion comparison of the disigned and the initial one? Tommy |
