Problem with optimal shape design test case--Windows Error 183

Hello everyone, I have already installed SU2v2.0 on Win7, and I have already installed the python with Numpy & Scipy.
When I was testing the 8th tutorial case, there existed a problem that "File "shape_optimization.py",line605,in rename_data WindowsError:[Error 183]".How can I fix this problem?

Fang,

Would you mind posting a text file with the full output you get while running shape_optimization? It looks like windows is trying to overwrite an existing file.
