May i install the SU2 AD in the windows system?

I have not use SU2 for a long time. Recently, I want to use SU26.0 to solve the shape optimization problem. But I discovery that it need SU2_CFD_AD and SU2_DOT_AD in tutorials and I don't know how to get them in windows system.
