Default having problems with configuring CGNS installation via cygwin

hi,
I want to configure CGNS via cygwin and encountered an error.
I am doing the 8th step on http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/blo...-part-2-3.html

and I can't seem to install cygwin on my pc.
It says like this:



can someone enlighten me? thanks
I guess it's something with the weird URL that (I build it on volume labeled W and it came twice as seen on image)

Cygwin installation is often difficult.

If you are successful in solving this problem, I am sure many in the community would appreciate a set of directions. You are welcome to post that here, and/or we can add it to the Cygwin installation directions on the github wiki.

An alternative would be to look into installing linux in a partition or virtual machine.
