Default Cant remeshing skewness<*.8 elements.

Hi guys I'm beginner for ANSYS. I have a question. I meshmed my geometry and I checked the skewness of elements. And I created named selection for skewness <0,8 elements and I want to add sizing for this elements. How Can I do this? or how can I developt this elements.
