I want to do a fluid-structural analysis which includes the attached geometry for the structural side of the analysis in ANSYS. What would be the best way to mesh such a complex geometry? I have tried ANSYS meshing but it keeps failing..

Thanks.

What error message do you get with ANSYS Meshing?

The error is: "Meshing state: Failed mesh" where 99% of the geometry is highlighted as failed.

Determine smallest particle size and use this size divided by 10 as initial mesh size.
Or check all particles one-by-one. Determine individual particle size -> apply individual sizing to selected particle -> repeat.
You can right click on body and use option “Create Mesh on selected bodies” to mesh particles individual.
