Hello!
I am performing a simulation of a moored floating body in Ansys AQWA, but when I set "Use cable dynamics" to "Yes" in Hydrodynamic Time Response analysis settings, this error occurs: "Cross sectional area of mooring line #1 is too small" and the analysis stops (this message is displayed: "The Aqwa core solver stopped unexpectedly --> Solve aborted"). I am convinced that the equivalent cross sectional area value that I used in catenary section properties is ok... Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thank you very much for your help! |
