I have modeled an RC beam in ansys and applied a load of 15kN on top face.
I used to get a solver pivot error until i changed to solver from program controlled to iterative. It gave me result this way. But the problem is the loads acting only on the concrete block neglecting the rebars as seen in the image, what am I doing wrong? Image : https://i.imgur.com/OqeQntI.png |

There are no connections in the outline tree so the concrete solid body and rebar line bodies are not connected together. Furthermore, is the force only scoped to the top face of the solid body?
