My case is about investigating injection and combustion of a diesel fuel (n-dodecane) in a chamber. Actually prostar dose not let me save the specific heat as a polynomial function for AIR . I select N2 specification for air.
When I click apply, a message appear in the command output window which says, 'YOU MUST USE THE POPCP COMMAND TO DEFINE THE COEFFICIENTS OF THE POLYNOMIAL. IF SCALAR DATA IS PRESENT, YOU MUST USE THE POSCP COMMAND TO DEFINE THE SCALAR COEFFICIENTS'. when I try to save the problem an error appears on the screen which says "Scalar polynomial for specific heat is not defined"! just when I select a constant specific heat for air, software let me write the problem How should I define spesific heat for air as a a polynomial in my problem using POPCP or POSCP orv other commands? |

hello navid,
i have found the solution of our problem : we have parameterd polynomial model for the viscosity, the specefic heat and the conductivity of the air, who is a gas and the boundary condition. Also now we have to specify the FuelGas properties too in polynomial model in the panel Thermo Mod and Prop > Additional Scalars > Moleculars Prop ! Have fun Best Regards Simon |
