bioflow is on a distinguished road
Just wondering has anyone used Star CCM+ for mass transport simulations?

I'm hoping to simulate the build-up in concentration of dye particles within an aneurysm shape, but have started with just a straight pipe to try work out the best method for the simulation first. I've been using multi-phase flow with two Eulerian phases - liquid (water) and particle (dye)...however, the post-processing is proving difficult. Has anyone looked at concentrations, or something similar to this? Any general advice?

(I'm a newbie to CFD so apologies if the description is vague)

Have you tried the field function Mass flow rate of particle?
Other think is that I am wondering, why do not you use the Lagrangian multiphase ?

If you want to use the Eulerian multiphase, you can generate a Scalar Scene and then for the field function, go to mass flow rate. you will have two choices, water or particle. select that one you like.
good luck
