i finished a simulation,but i don't know if the energy is balancing,i don't know which report is the correct one to see the energy balance, please tell me! THANKS

Usually you create some reports of engineer values you are interested in before you start the solver. For example: massflowaveraged report of temperature for boundaries or derived parts like section planes, heattransfer report for interfaces, surfaceaveraged temperature reports....

Create some monitors and plots of your reports, so you can see if the solution is getting converged or not.
