Hi,
I imported the geometry with mesh from ICEM to STAR CCM. The problem is that, it is not possible to clear the previous mesh. I tried to change the reference value of the mesh to increase the quality of existing mesh but I could not. Could you please help me to increase the quality of existing mesh or clear it completely. The picture is attached. Thanks in advance |

As it is seen at the picture, the mesh size is not uniformly changed. I would like to remove all the cell set and create a new one. But I do not know how.

Is it a volumetric mesh?
You can extract the boundary surface and make a remesh on it. |

Hi,
Thanks for your help, yes you were right. I did it and it worked. Now the quality of surface mesh is fine. but the cell quality of volume mesh( I use Threshold) is not high, i.e. less that 0.1. Thanks in advance |
