Hello,
could anyone possibly guide me how to run unsteady simulation using aparabolic velocity inlet please? my equation is : 2*u*(1-(r^2/R^2)) I think i have to creat a field function which is time dependant but so far i have not been successful... Thanks a lot |

I´m not seeing the time in your equation, and what you mean with r and R. You have to create field functions, and probably a local coordinate system to set the r and R properly. Can you explain better your equation ?

Thanks a lot for your reply, I believe I have to use the navier stokes equation in the Star ccm+. but my problem is that the software gives me error when i put the code in the new field.
