Problems with visualization of simulation in Linux

Good Morning,
i've some problems with the visualization at every timestep. The image have a black frame on the top and on the right. I use star ccm+ 4.04 for Linux. Can somebody help me? |

I solve this problems changing the offscreen properties. I put windth=1160 and height=610.

Where I can set this? Didn't worked much with 4.04.011...

Under Scalar Scene-->Attributes-->Update-->Offscreen Height and Offscreen Width
