Starccm+ limits the absolute pressure to a minimum value of 1000 pa for a compressible flow (coupled solver).

Is it possible to lower this limit to a value of 1 or 10 pa for example ?

Thank you for your help.

Your first resource should be the help system. It tells you exactly where to change it. It's under:
Continua>Name of your physics model>Models>Coupled Flow
