How to plot the distribution of particles for a specified volume?

Hi all! I am currently working performing a Lagrangian particle tracking simulation for water spray behind the tires. I want to plot a histogram of droplet diameter distribution for a specified region. Furthermore, I was able to do them for a plane by assigning the particle tracks from tracks file to the derived plane. But I could not do the same for a specified volume. Any leads will be helpful.
